各位巨佬，问个问题，入户的零线没打紧会导致跳闸吗？

新房，从 4 月 26 号到昨天，跳了四次闸，每次跳推上去就恢复了，这两个月四次跳闸也没有规律，随机的 4 月 26 号跳的外面电表的闸，剩下三次跳的家里的总空开 刚电工师傅上门检查了一遍发现入户零线没打紧，不知道是不是这个原因 同时电工师傅还说可能是总空开出问题，我也报修开发商换一个了
这四次跳闸，每次都是开了空调，但是空调带漏保的，如果是空调的问题应该会先跳空调的回路吧？ 然后我还怀疑是照明回路的问题，照明回路的空开不带漏保，请教了下电工师傅，电工师傅说如果是照明回路的问题，那照明回路的空开也会同时跳
不是学电工的，搞不懂，请教下各位巨佬
