公司人数小于 10 人，主要业务是“座驾体验平台”汽车行业的外包项目，试用期打八折之后 16k ，五险一金 6000 基数，仅有路补 100 饭补 100 这两项福利。技术岗位全栈倒也能接受，但是有其他的不确定性，比如产品测试这类的感觉不能胜任。说实在的现在有点慌不择路的感觉，加上待业太久的焦虑。只是心里很抵触，不想去又不敢拒。想征集一下意见。 技术上是有全栈能力的，担心其他岗位也缺失带来的沟通成本与甲方各种扯皮的事情。
是稳住继续面试，还是将就入职？
