自由译员如何通过欧盟口译考试
欧盟上周宣布，2022年7月15日将是自由口译员申请2022年10月认证考试活动席位的最后期限。符合所有要求的自由口译员可应邀参加考试。应试成功者将有资格在欧洲议会、欧盟委员会和欧盟法院的口译员旁边工作，以上这些机构共享相同的口译员招聘计划。
虽然国籍并非一个考虑因素，但候选人必须满足24种语言中的任何一种语言组合。候选人还必须至少持有四年制会议口译学士学位或会议口译硕士学位。任何学科的学士学位加上至少一年的会议口译研究生文凭亦可被接受。
候选人还必须证明有至少一年的国际会议口译专业经验，并且只说一种母语或“A”语言，即使他们掌握不止一种语言。测试的技能是从第二或第三(“被动”)语言到母语(“主动”)的交替传译和同声传译。
虽然欧盟自由口译员认证并不能使候选人直接成为正式口译员，却为他们竞争这一职位增加一种必要的资格。
