Meta首席执行官马克·扎克伯格（Mark Zuckerberg）日前宣布，将在旗下Facebook、Instagram及Messenger推出名为Avatars Store的虚拟服装店，用户可以为其在上述社交软件上的虚拟化身穿上衣服。
Avatars Store找来众多知名设计品牌驻场，Prada普拉达、Balenciaga巴黎世家和Thom Browne汤姆布朗是Meta引入 虚拟商店的首批奢侈品牌之一，未来可能还会有更多。Meta发言人称，这些虚拟服装的价格将在2.99美元至8.99美元（约20至60元人民币）不等。
扎克伯格和Instagram时尚总监陈怡桦（Eva Chen）一同在Instagram Live 上介绍新商店的同时，还举办了第一场「即时虚拟化身时尚秀」，展示了一些穿上名牌衣服的头像例子。
陈怡桦（Eva Chen）在Instagram发文表示，数字商品是在虚拟世界中表达自己的重要方式，也是创造力的主要驱动力。公司未来将添加更多品牌，并很快将其带到虚拟实境（VR）之中。
