Internal table to Excel Xstring Conversion failed if records are getting more than 150

Hi
I am facing issue when using cl_salv_bs_tt_util=>if_salv_bs_tt_util~transform method to convert Internal table which having 10 columns data to XString, It is converting properly when i am sending less records but as the records increase the Xstring which i am receiving in output is incorrect.
Can anyone please help me in this ?
If any new suggestions also helpful for converting large data in Internal table to XString
