I am Julien, one of the cofounder at Routine.
We've been hard at work for the past year, building the next generation of productivity app for professionals.
Routine is centered around time management (calendar) but does not stop there. It also combines task management, notes taking and contacts management.
Just to name a few, those are the features our users love the most: 1. Global keyboard shortcut to capture your ideas & thoughts and create tasks & events 2. Planner combining events and tasks of the week 3. Drag & drop to block time for your most important tasks 4. Postpone tasks to a later week for reconsideration (week-based todo lists) 5. Integrations (e.g Notion) to bring all your tasks in a single workspace 6. Schedule meetings, join conference calls with a keyboard shortcut and take meeting notes
We are still in private beta but invitations are now sent more regularly as the product is a lot more mature than a year ago.
