typora 老版本开启强更，已换到 MarkText，但性能太差…

本周一上班的时候，发现 Typora 老版本开启了强更，依稀记得当时关掉了更新检测之类的…
在 V2 找了一圈替代品，发现 MarkText 免费也有支持实时预览，但是搜索效率太慢了，大概 1800 行的文档，搜索直接卡死……
请问还有没有更好用的 Markdown 编辑软件，最好需要实时预览的，vscode 之类的代码编辑器暂不考虑…
