6 月 6 日，IDC 的 Francisco Jeronimo 发推文称，Quest 2 是目前最为成功的 VR 头显，Quest 2 自 2020 年 9月 Facebook Connect 发布后，至今已售出近 1500 万台，对 VR 的销售与消费者采用率的大幅增长起到了促进作用。

此外，他在推文中还提到， 2021 年 VR 销售额增长 97%，2022 年第一季度增长 242%，随推文发布的图片则显示他们预估的 Quest 2 具体销售总额在 1480 万台。
