腾讯收购印度电商Flipkart价值2.64亿美元股份

　　新浪科技讯 6月12日下午消息，据报道，腾讯通过其欧洲子公司购买了价值2.64亿美元的 Flipkart股份，交易完成后腾讯持有Flipkart 0.72%股份。据悉，总部位于新加坡的电子商务公司Flipkart仅在印度开展业务。

　　根据2021年7月披露数据，Flipkart最新估值达376亿美元，当时在新加坡主权财富基金 GIC、CPP Investments、软银愿景基金和沃尔玛牵头的一轮融资中筹集了36亿美元。
