Soul正式撤回美股IPO
财经网科技6月12日讯，据中新网消息，社交软件Soul向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的文件显示，公司决定撤回F-1登记声明文件，不再根据F-1文件发行证券。公司还表示，之前向SEC支付的相关费用都将记入公司账户，以抵消未来公司或子公司使用的申请费用。
Soul在2021年5月10日递交了F-1招股书，股票代码SSR，拟登陆纳斯达克。同年6月17日，公司更新招股书，拟发行1320万股ADS（美国存托凭证），发行价区间为13-15美元。但6月23日，Soul却宣布暂停美股IPO流程。
