特斯拉推动股票分割提案，寻求股东批准一股拆三股
财经网科技6月12日讯，据界面新闻消息，根据一份监管文件，特斯拉10日提议以红股形式进行一股拆三股的股票分拆。特斯拉股东将于8月4日就股票分割提案投票表决。特斯拉还将要求股东投票，决定是否将董事会任期从三年缩短为两年。
此外，特斯拉的股东提案包括员工组建工会权利，以及防治性骚扰和种族歧视年度报告等项目。特斯拉另外表示，甲骨文联合创始人拉里·埃里森在当前任期结束后将退出董事会，不再参加连任选举。埃里森是承诺为马斯克440亿美元收购推特提供资金的投资者之一。
