　　《科创板日报》11日讯，《科创板日报》记者获悉，能链智电即将登陆纳斯达克，股票代码“NAAS”，或将成为“中国充电服务第一股”、今年在美国上市的第三支中概股。能链智电此次通过并购方式完成上市。此前，今年2月，能链智电与瑞思教育签署合并协议。资料显示，能链智电隶属于能源数字化企业能链控股。除能链智电外，能链旗下拥有能链团油、能程科技、能链连锁、能链企服等板块。（记者 曾乐）
