特斯拉将参与天齐锂业H股IPO认购？天齐锂业：以公告为准
中证网讯（记者 康曦）日前，天齐锂业公告称，该公司首次公开发行境外上市外资股（H股）获得中国证监会批复，核准公司发行不超过4.25亿股境外上市外资股，每股面值人民币1元。市场传言，特斯拉将参与天齐锂业H股IPO认购。对此，天齐锂业相关工作人员向中国证券报记者表示：“公司正积极推进H股上市相关工作。就港股的投资人信息，公司目前无可进一步透露之信息或应披露而未披露事宜。敬请以公司公告为准。”
