did you manage to solve it? I am in your same condition! I can go to fastboot mode, edl but cannot flash anything neither with QFIL or MIFLASH same error ACK COUNT DONT MATCH Or Sahara Server connection! I am really desperate and disappointed!

Device Redmi Note 5 Pro Global version <India>
Current Situation
1. Bootloader is locked,
2. mi account was not configured on the mobile when it was working
<Reason : i did not want to upload my data and be tracked by dubious Chinese Servers/Datacenters>,
3. no oem-unlocking or adb mode was enabled while device was on.
4. my Redmi Note 5 Pro is hang on mi logo, not moving forward with android boot.
also, i can connect to fast boot by Vol-Down + Power
I have tried to do many things one after the other, and also follow each and every methods mentioned. <QFIL / MiFlash, / EDL (i get sahara error)>
Please help me here, to fix this issue, if someone has a knowledge on how to fix this issue, as I can not afford to buy new phone at this moment.
