  • 楼主老婆 2019 年入职工作,2022 年 3 月怀孕,6 月 1 日告知主管怀孕情况,端午过后(6 日)就通知调岗
  • 22 年 3 月签订了一份<续订劳动合同>,其中有一条2 、乙方确认并完全同意，甲方有权根据甲方的需要和乙方的具体情况调整乙方的工作岗位，薪随岗变。乙方违反本条约定不执行甲方工作岗位调整的，视为乙方严重违反本合同约定，甲方享有解除合同并不支付经济补偿的权利。这条约定在怀孕的情况下,是否有效?
