韩亚金融集团公布 2030 年中长期战略目标，以更好应对元宇宙、区块链等未来产业
据 The Korea Herald 6 月 6 日报道，韩亚金融集团（Hana Financial Group）为更好应对“元宇宙”、“区块链”等未来产业，改组了企业文化和战略部门，并公布了 2030 年中长期战略目标。从去年 6 月开始的 11 个月里，韩亚金融 1.2 万多名职员参与了由职员调查、深度访谈、元宇宙研讨会、收集顾客意见、外部专家访谈、咨询等组成的“New Vision”项目。
最终得到的结果是“All Connected in Hana Finance”，该愿景强调互联互通，以信任、创新和平台为该集团的三个方向。通过一个名为“O.N.E. Value 2030”的新战略目标，韩亚金融表示，将专注于价值，而不是单纯的外部增长。
