据 Variety 报道，迪士尼已聘请苹果公司的顶级游戏主管 Mark Bozon 担任其跨部门的高级创意负责人，负责元宇宙创意战略。据悉，Bozon 是由迪士尼下一代故事和消费者体验（Next Generation Storytelling & Consumer Experiences）高级副总裁 Mike White 聘用的，他在迪士尼工作了 10 年，今年早些时候被任命为迪士尼元宇宙战略的开发和协调负责人。
