For my second post, this one, I’m going to continue presenting what we’ve have been doing in the SAP Customer Experience, for the Integrations and Extensibility area within SAP Customer Experience Product Learning team. During last months and specially during April we were working on transforming a huge elearning that we had for years, into something more focused, appealing and updated for the learners. So, on behalf of the whole SAP Customer Experience Product Learning team, I’m announcing the release of this new learning journey  – Integrate SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud with SAP S/4HANA and I’ll go over some details :

Integrate SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud with SAP S/4HANA

This learning journey is also available completely free on SAP’s new educational platform learning.sap.com. Following the learning journey you will notice that now, most of the content is multimedia, so that you can learning easily a wide set of topics with simulations, animations, hot maps, and even with videos recordings from the real tasks and activities on the particular systems.

What we aim is that after completing this learning journey, architects and consultants will gain an overview of the fundamental technical aspects, architecture, and scenarios for the integration between SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite, using the Cloud Integration capability. You will be able to develop end-to-end integration between all these systems based on an understanding of the systems configuration setup, the master data replication procedure, the monitoring and troubleshooting techniques, and the transactional data integration process. I know that sounds like a lot of content, but we are covering all the major integration steps during this eLearning.

Go and learning all the basics about the integration process. Later on, you can decide to participate in the 4 day Instructor Led Training which will give you the opportunity to have deeper tech discussions with the other students and the instructor and also to carry out a whole collection of exercises that will cover the end to end configuration for the integration.
