Samsung tech support sucks, a known fact like gravity🤣

You still sound like a broken record.

Try a hard reboot and clearing system cache on the boot menu.
Clear Sim toolkit data
Network reset
Have your carrier reset it on their end.

Guess something got lost in the translation...

The Samsung members forum sponsored by Samsung has more useful tech support than Samsung tech support. Cross model, OS version Samsung/XDA Google searches for the same issue can be very useful. Many issues span both device/OS version/generations and models/🤣

Generally I just play with it until I find a solution. On a stock Samsung this technic works well. Updates are the cause of nearly all issues for me now. OTA firmware updates/upgrades are always blocked... nothing but trouble.

If you want something new... that's biggest, newest Samsung there is. Personally I took a new N10+ over all the newer Samsung flagships.
The only close runner up was the N20U, but the N10+ still won out.

With no SD card slot there are many other manufacturer flagships to choose from albeit less the spen and One UI. I would wait until at least this fall, but don't expect any miracles from drop the ball Samsung. This year isn't going to be a good year for Samsung flagships.
Just not much bang for the big bucks...
