Facebook母公司Meta周二宣布，将在6月9日股市开盘前将其股票代码改为“META”。去年10月，Facebook将公司名称更换为Meta Platform Inc，其目的是重塑品牌，打造元宇宙。当时，Meta表示将把股票代码改为“MVR”，从12月1日起生效。11月底，该公司表示将把这一更改推迟到2022年第一季度。自2012年上市以来，该公司股票代码一直为“FB”。
