Yup. You can download a remote app from the Play Store and control various devices, such as TVs.
Ok.
I'm not sure exactly, but the closest equivalent would probably be OpenGapps nano + Pixel exclusive features. Not that it matters though, as any other gapps can be installed from the Play Store.
Exactly: why installing stuff that it is not needed by everyone and that can be installed from the Play Store? I cannot find any reference to what's exactly installed, though .

I installed this rom today and for some reason fast charging just won't work. It always displays Charging Slowly on the lock screen. Any way to fix this? Great rom btw.

Because it's a bug, but the issue is with the text itself, fast charging works, try yourself.

I have an issue. After installing ota update my phone goes to bootloop and I have to install TWRP again and clear metadata in TWRP to make it boot again and after all update is not installed. Any solutions?

When the refresh rate drops to 90hz, the screen will flash and there is some minor colour changes. Is there anyway to disable the 90hz option?
My battery performance has decreased after the latest update.
I used pe recovery, dirty flashed the new update (PE over PE plus). i did not whipe anything after.
Same apps, no apps in app switcher
I slept for 8 hours, and phone lost 8% of battery while on standby. before this update i would lose either 2% or 3% in 8 hours.

@lzgmc hi! I noticed that after the May updates, I stopped switching tracks through bluetooth headphones. and also in the car the names of the songs played via bluetooth are no longer displayed. Thanks.
Does OTA update work? Or we have to update to latest build through adb?
I just found a problem that did not happen in previous versions
previously I used to play cod with 4 fingers, and it worked without problem but in this version it is as if it does not detect the 4 fingers at the same time on the screen and the top finger moves the screen from the bottom is sad news for me cause the battery and the system run smoothly but if i can't play games comfortable is a shame its called multi touch problem

I want to downgrade to the previous version, can i dirty flash it?
do i need to wipe or format anything for downgrading?
Finger print for bank apps seems not working again... anyone has same issue?

Had anyone found after the latest update that touch for scrolling is broken. Often when scrolling the touch won't be registered correctly. It will register the scroll movement as a click. Could this be related to lineage kernel? I did not have this issue prior to this update.

1. can not use fingerprints, the previous version can be used normally, the recorded fingerprints are invalid, and can not be re-entered.Try factory resetting or clean flashing. For everyone else, fingerprints still work on this build.
2. Internet-VoLTE, turn on 'Use LTE services to improve voice calls', when the preferred network is LTE, it will still connect to 5G (this problem does not exist in PixelExperience 11).Sometimes the 5G indicator might be displayed even if the phone isn't using 5G. You can forcefully disable 5G in the #*#*4636*#*# menu.
3. when using fast charging, the lock screen still shows 'charging slowly' at the bottom of the screen (this problem existed in the previous version).Tell me something I don't know. And by the way, this won't be fixed.
4. the 'Improved statusbar brightness control' mentioned in Changelog adds an automatic brightness switch to the statusbar, but the switch does not actually work.Are you sure that the room that your're in isn't too lit or to dim?
5. the system shows that 'Dark theme' is not selected, but the drop-down toolbar is still the 'Dark theme' theme, and the theme is displayed normally elsewhere.Maaaaybe read the changelog next time.

6、With the 'Location' permission turned off, the statusbar still prompts frequently that the permission is invoked.Yeah, Phone Services likes to access your location all the time. Android 12 likes to tell you whenever an app is using a permission, even when it's a system app. Deal with it.
The above bugs are expected to be fixed in the next version.That's rather demanding for a free project maintained by a small group of people in their spare time.
Not sure what the point of these pings are, especially when most of these users aren't involved with the development of this ROM.
Hello everybody! how to change the blocking method? in MIUI it was like this: option 1 - when you press the button, the scanner read the fingerprint. Option 2 - when you touch the button, the fingerprint is immediately read. I did not find 1 option in PE. Is it not there at all, or will it be added in the future?Sorry, but that option doesn't exist in PE. It probably won't be added.
To all those not ok with location and/or camera/mic indication in the status bar use following commands in the adb.
steps:
1) Enable developer options
2) Enable USB debugging
3) Connect phone to PC open CMD prompt in ADB and fastboot installation folder
4) Run following commands,
Those who wish to temporarily disable the camera/microphone usage indicators , run this command using ADB:

adb shell cmd device_config put privacy camera_mic_icons_enabled false default
And to disable location usage indicators (if you still have them visible for some reason) use this command:

5) To re-enable, replace "false" with "true".
6) The following command will add a "Status bar location indicator" switch at the end of Developer options:
