35 岁以后还在基层写代码的多吗？

转眼间自己也 30 出头了，也要好好考虑以后的职业规划了。一般情况下，再往上爬就要考虑管理层了。不过自己不太适合管人，也不喜欢管人，我还是更喜欢写代码，我最理想的工作就是每天写 8 个小时代码就可以下班。在国内当前的环境下，这种想法现实吗？会不会越到后面路走得越窄？大家周围 35 岁以上的朋友都在干什么？
