『我最佩服的人是谁？为什么佩服 TA ？』
找到自己的热情，擦亮自己的高光时刻，引导的问题可以是『从记事时候开始，自己最骄傲的事情有哪些？这些事情有什么相似性？』
上面的算比较虚的内容，仰望星空，下面的问题比较实际，脚踏实地。
『写下自己的强处和短处，有哪些地方已经炉火纯青，有哪些地方还需要继续加强』，如果是国外我建议直接上『盖洛普优势识别器』去官网做一次评测，然后找教练解读，以优势作为入手点，比较系统的切入。
『看看最近有啥机会，如何把握才能让自己在想要走的道路上迈下一步，可以锻炼强化自己的不足。』这句话其实是横明显的目标设定，建议用『 GROW 模型』来拆解，也建议找一个教练。
我不知道外国公司的导师 Mentor 做不做教练 Coach 的事情，但是从这些问题我听下来，你有一个好主管，关注你的人生发展。
