阿里Q4再回购1780万股美国存托股 2022财年已回购6000万股美国存托股
5月26日，阿里巴巴集团公布2022财年第四季度及全年业绩显示，截至2022年3月31日止季度，根据股份回购计划，以约20亿美元回购了约1780万股美国存托股（相当于约1.428亿股普通股）。
2022财年，根据股份回购计划，阿里巴巴集团以约96亿美元回购了约6000万股美国存托股（相当于约4.803亿股普通股）。
2020年12月28日，阿里巴巴集团董事会授权回购100亿美元的美国存托股。2021年8月3日，阿里巴巴集团公布2022财年第一季度财报时，宣布将股份回购计划从100亿美元扩大至150亿美元。2022年3月22日，阿里巴巴集团宣布股份回购计划总额从150亿美元上调至250亿美元，成为中概股史上最大规模的回购计划。这项股份回购计划将于2024年3月到期。
