快手电商修订“订单确认收货”实施细则

5月9日消息，日前，快手电商修订订单确认收货实施细则。
据悉，针对“待收货”订单，买家在订单中点击“确认收货”后，订单转为确认收货状态。买家未操作“确认收货”的，在订单发货后的第10天，物流订单显示已签收且无其他异常的，系统将自动确认收货。延迟确认收货方面，发货后的第10天订单仍未签收或存在运单异常的情况，且买家未操作“确认收货”的，系统将自动延迟到订单发货后的第20天进行确认收货，若20天后仍存在异常情况，系统将自动延迟到订单发货后的第30天进行确认收货。
此外，订单“确认收货”前，买家可在订单页面操作延迟确认收货时间，若买家点击延迟确认收货则默认再延后3日收货；商户也可主动操作延迟确认收货，延长时间可自行设置。
