请教下各位大佬，企业停工停产变相裁员，打工人怎么更好地维护自己的权益

女朋友公司，今天接到行政电话，大致内容就是：
- 明天开始停工停产，可以不用到公司上班了；
- 从今天开始，正常发一个月薪水；
- 下个月开始，按深圳最低基本工资的 80%发放，也就是 2200 * 0.8 = 1760 元；
- 她们公司上个月刚裁完一波；
- 她们部门目前只有她一个人接到电话通知；
请问下，这种情况下，应该如何更好的维护自己的权益。去仲裁能拿到 N+1 赔偿么？
