Ever wonder how champion pro athletes overcome all odds to win? Apple TV+ unveiled its trailer Tuesday for the second season of Emmy Award-winning sports documentary series Greatness Code.

It gives you a glimpse at what drives top athletes to succeed in impossibly competitive scenarios.

The series premieres May 13 on Apple TV+.

Apple TV+ released the trailer for season two of the Emmy Award-winning, unscripted, short-form sports documentary series Greatness Code on Tuesday.

The series strives to reveal what drives the world’s greatest athletes to succeed in highly competitive sports event after event, year in and year out. Read Cult of Mac‘s review of season one to see what Scout Tafoya thought of it.

In the second season, Lindsey Vonn, Marcus Rashford, Russell Wilson, Leticia Bufoni, Scout Bassett and Bubba Wallace pull back the curtain on a pivotal career moment when they touched greatness.

“Greatness is the ability to overcome, no matter what,” said Olympic gold-medal winning skier Lindsey Vonn at the end of the short trailer.

Told through live-action sequences with visual effects, Greatness Code premieres its second season on Friday, May 13 on Apple TV+.

Religion of Sports and Uninterrupted produce Greatness Code for Apple TV+. Each episode is directed by Gotham Chopra, who serves as executive producer along with Ameeth Sankaran, Giselle Parets, Jamal Henderson, Devin Johnson, Philip Byron and Matt Rissmiller.

Greatness Code is part of a lineup of award-winning documentary series and films on Apple TV+, including the four-part Earvin “Magic” Johnson series They Call Me Magic, the series The Long Game: Bigger Than Basketball about NBA hopeful Makur Maker and Make or Break, which follows elite World Surf League competitors.

Apple TV+ is available by subscription for $4.99 a month with a seven-day free trial.
