记一次 github-pages 部署失败

今天写了一篇文章，运行了发布脚本，正想看看成果呢，结果 F5 按烂了也没刷出新文章。这不是我第一次遇到这种情况了，上次的解决方式是提交一次空的 commit, 然而这次失效了，无奈调查了一波，搞清楚了状况：是 github 服务器出了问题。

我用的是 hugo, 在本地构建出静态文件然后上传到指定 repository, 因此只可能是部署出了问题。

确定 github-pages 没有触发部署。

github 提供了一个页面让我们查看：https://www.githubstatus.com/
我查看的时候网页中央一个大大的红框：
提示 GitHub pages is experiencing degraded performace, 这下确定了锅在 github 头上。
我能做什么？#
什么也做不了，只能干等服务恢复。（我机智地水了一篇文章，然而还是发布不了）
