在centos 7中使用yum安装php 7
启用该源即可：yum -y install centos-release-scl.noarch
配置文件路径在：/etc/opt/rh/
要执行脚本：/opt/rh/rh-php72/register来注册/opt/rh/rh-php72/register.content/usr/lib/systemd/system/rh-php72-php-fpm.service，才能使用service来控制,这个行为应该在安装时会自动处理了
启用自动开机启动：systemctl enable rh-php72-php-fpm
