美国高端卷发护理创业品牌 Curlsmith 以 1.5亿美元被 Dry Bar 的母公司收购
美国消费品公司 Helen of Troy Limited 宣布通过旗下一家子公司收购专注于卷发的美国高端护发品牌 Curlsmith 的母公司 Recipe Products Ltd.，总对价为1.5亿美元现金。
