If you have an AMD graphics card, you need to install AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition. Not only does it automatically scan for new drivers, and can update them automatically too, but it also gives you access to a wealth of handy AMD features.

This includes the ability to record and stream your games, capture an instant replay of an epic moment, toggle your camera and microphone, and enable AMD performance enhancing features like Super Resolution and Anti-Lag.

Simply put, AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition is essential. Once you have it, the software runs in the background. But how do you control it without interrupting your gaming session? How to Customize AMD Software Shortcuts

We've detailed the default AMD Software hotkeys, but these might not be ideal for you. Don't fear. You can customize them to your liking. You can also set shortcuts for three functions which don't have one by default: Toggle Region Recording, Toggle Region Streaming, and Switch Default.

To customize the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition hotkeys:

  1. Launch AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition.
  2. Click the cog icon in the top-right.
  3. From the sub-menu at the top, select Hotkeys.
  4. Click the shortcut you wish to edit.
  5. Press the keyboard combination you want for that action. It won't accept every shortcut, so experiment until your new shortcut appears. Ensure you're not overwriting an existing hotkey!
    1. Alternatively, press Delete to unbind the shortcut.

How to Disable AMD Software Shortcuts

When you install AMD Software, the hotkeys are enabled by default. This is very handy if you want to quickly make use of all the software's abilities. But if you have no interest in features like Instant Replay or toggling performance features, you can turn them off. This also avoids you accidentally triggering them.
