马来西亚投资公司HWGC Holdings宣布收购两家区块链公司，即HWGG Capital和Fintech Scion，进一步改进其在金融科技行业的基于区块链的创新。该交易的总价值估计约为1.5亿美元。HWGC计划以每股0.50美元的价格发行近3亿股新普通股作为付款，收购预计于今年第三季度完成。据悉，HWGG Capital是马来西亚纳闽金融服务管理局 (LFSA) 旗下首家获得完全许可的数字资产支付运营商。Fintech Scion总部位于英国，为150个国家或地区提供支付服务，包括数字资产支付。(Coingape）
