Dictation Issues - Possibly Accessibility Setting?

Hi all! Having an issue when using dictation, it responds strange when saying certain words or names of contacts.
For example, when I say:
“I am writing this to Anthony to dictate a example.”
This is what iPhone types:
I\uppercase-letter am writing this to Anthony\contact-first to dictate a\determiner example
I feel like there is an accessibility setting on that’s causing this behavior but I can’t find it… any ideas?

Into which app are you dictating when you see this revealed formatting?

This is in Messages for sure. Not sure if any other apps. I was helping someone with this issue and hadn’t come across it before.Into which app are you dictating when you see this revealed formatting?
Ended up erase and restoring from iCloud backup. That resolved the issue and I believe that if it were a setting, the issue would have been brought back with the iCloud restore so I’m thinking it was a bug instead of a setting.

I’m also having this issue .\period anytime that are use voice to text in any app ,\comma it is doing this bizarre thing where it shows the code .\period it has made voice to text virtually unusable .\period

it does this when I\pronoun use pronouns,\comma punctuation ,\comma or peoples names.\period

Have you reported these issues to Apple? If you haven’t, please do so. Their dictation system is awful and getting worse.
