多类广电设施被列入住房城乡建设部强制性工程建设规范，将于2022年10月1日正式实施
导语：多类广电设施被列入住房城乡建设部发布的强制性工程建设规范，在“智能化系统设计”中明确了有线电视系统、公共广播系统和厅堂扩声系统强制性设计内容。
近日，住房城乡建设部发布《宿舍、旅馆建筑项目规范》（GB 55025-2022）《特殊设施工程项目规范》（GB 55028-2022）《建筑电气与智能化通用规范》（GB 55024-2022）等强制性工程建设规范，将于2022年10月1日正式实施。
多类广电设施被列入上述三项建设规范，一是明确宿舍和旅馆项目应设置有线电视系统。二是明确防灾避难场所、固定避难场所，以及用于避难场所的地下空间，均应设置应急广播设施。同时，在“智能化系统设计”中明确了有线电视系统、公共广播系统和厅堂扩声系统强制性设计内容。
