四位战略投资人：宁波梅山保税港区问鼎投资、比亚迪、宁德新能源、中国石油昆仑资本。公司对上海杉杉锂电的持股比例将由原来的89.99%变更为87.08%。本次引入的战略投资人均为负极材料业务上下游的核心战略客户及供应商。杉杉股份同时公布年报：2021年净利33.4亿元，同比增长2320%。(上证报)
