4月18日，多位消费者表示收到阿迪达斯的短信，被告知其个人信息将与锐步业务同步转让给上海联亚商业有限公司。阿迪达斯和锐步客服确认此事，称双方后续不再合作，转让不影响消费者的个人信息和所有权益。天眼查显示，上海联亚是香港联亚集团下属的全资子公司。2021年8月，国际品牌管理集团ABG宣布以21亿欧元收购阿迪达斯旗下锐步品牌。
