b 站思波图的视频，up 传的是 4k ，只要我开 1.5 倍数或者 2 倍数，直接三秒一卡三秒一卡，但是我的网速并没有跑满，反而只有几百 k 。根本无法流畅的观看。但是影视飓风的 4k 视频就没这个问题。然后我用油管看思波图的视频开几倍数都没问题。。。流畅的很

我是电信 100m 。网速绝对不是瓶颈
