4月18日消息，搜狐创始人、董事局主席兼首席执行官张朝阳发布朋友圈称，搜狐公司没有要退市，“一些自媒体作者知其一不知其二，洋洋洒洒写文章唱衰搜狐，还对我直播物理课进行讥讽，实在没有必要。”搜狐此前发布公告称，4月12日公司被美国证券交易委员会（SEC）列入基于《外国公司问责法案》（HFCAA）的临时认定名单，公司不打算对SEC的临时认定提出异议。（财联社）
