环保部称 2021 年全国生态环境质量明显改善

中国生态环境部部长黄润秋表示，2021年，全国生态环境质量明显改善，环境安全形势趋于稳定。黄润秋说，中国空气质量持续向好。地级及以上城市空气质量优良天数比率为 87.5%，同比上升 0.5 个百分点；细颗粒物(PM2.5)平均浓度为 30 微克/立方米，同比下降 9.1%；连续两年实现 PM2.5 和臭氧浓度双下降；空气质量达标地级及以上城市达 218 个，同比增加 12 个。全国地表水环境质量稳步改善。长江流域、珠江流域等水质持续为优，黄河流域水质明显改善。与此同时，当前生态环境保护依然面临不少问题和挑战。黄润秋解释称，中国生态环境保护结构性压力依然较大，落实依法治污还不到位，生态环境稳中向好的基础还不稳固。
