就现在这弃购率，估计新股申购制度马上又要打补丁了～

在其它规则不变的情况下，起码加上个用1手新股的现金进行按市值申购的规则～
感觉券商不可能一直大额包销的，肯定会起来反击，另外完全无现金申购又允许弃购本身就不太合理，大幅降低了其它真心想申购的人的中签率～
