发现很多人搞不清楚结汇的一些情况，在这说明一下：
0.通常所说的五万美元限制是便利化结售汇额度限制，并不是说你总共只有这五万的额度。
1.在海外务工的收入，只要有证明，可以凭证明（以及身份证）去银行办个人非经营性经常项目结汇，该兑换不受限制。可以兑换的范围是：一次性或经常性的工资 /务工收入，海外捐赠 /赡养款项等等。
2.海外的资本收入（例如购买股票 /债券 /数字货币，卖房等的收入）是不能走非经常项目结汇的。这个必须走便利化或者其它方式（例如转为公司经营性项目结汇）。
3.现阶段数字货币换人民币挨监管导致冻结账户的风险非常高，非常不推荐这么搞。
