4月18日消息，日前，Westrock Coffee的管理人士表示，将通过与一家特殊目的收购公司(SPAC)合并实现上市，估值约为12亿美元。
Westrock处于咖啡、茶和其他饮料原料供应链的中间位置，与世界各地的小规模农户合作，最终向沃尔玛和麦当劳等餐馆和品牌供应产品。Westrock表示，借助可持续的、数字可追踪的供应链，该公司的业务每天提供超过2,000万杯咖啡。（零售圈）
