极狐公司宣布完成数亿元A轮融资 GitLab持股比例降至50%以下
新浪科技讯 4月11日上午消息，极狐(GitLab)(以下简称“极狐公司”)宣布A轮融资签约完成，融资金额达数亿元人民币。本轮融资分两阶段进行，第一阶段由淡马锡领投，Alpha Prime、纪源资本、上海人工智能产业基金和诺基亚成长基金跟投；第二阶段由泰康人寿领投，干杯基金和联想创投跟投。本轮融资获得创始股东红杉宽带跨境数字产业基金和高成资本持续增持。
据悉，本轮融资完成后，GitLab Inc. 的持股比例将下降到50%以下，进一步落实由中方主导的独立运营体系。
极狐公司创始人兼CEO陈冉表示：“本轮融资后，我们将加大研发力度，更好地将国际开源社区成果在国内落地生根，为国内用户提供场景化的企业级DevOps解决方案。”(泽宇)
