美知名投资人：Twitter正寻找“白衣骑士”，从马斯克手中拦下
新浪科技讯 北京时间4月14日晚间消息，美国知名投资人马克·库班（Mark Cuban）表示，Twitter正在寻找一位“白衣骑士”。
据了解，当公司成其他企业的并购目标后（一般为恶意收购），公司管理层为阻碍恶意接管的发生，去寻找一家"友好"公司进行合并，而这家“友好”公司被称为“白衣骑士”。
今日晚间，特斯拉CEO埃隆·马斯克（Elon Musk）以约430亿美元的出价，向Twitter发出私有化要约。库班表示，谷歌、Facebook等美国科技巨头都在与自己的反垄断律师协商，看看是否可以收购Twitter，并获得批准；而Twitter也正忙着律师看看此刻能否有一位“救星”出现。
库班表示，马斯克威胁，如果Twitter拒绝，他就出售自己的股份。这为其它科技巨头打开了一扇门，他们可以以相对“少”的钱进入Twitter，并在Twitter获得巨大影响力，甚至也是直接收购。
库班本人认为Twitter将力保不卖给马斯克。
