阿里影业发布公告，该公司合并附属公司海南灵境于2022年4月14日与蚂蚁集团的间接全资附属公司杭州蚂蚁订立数字藏品发行合作框架协议，有效期自2022年4月14日起至2025年3月31日止。此外，海南灵境于2022年4月6日与杭州蚂蚁订立数字藏品发行合作协议，据此，杭州蚂蚁同意透过区块链技术服务协助海南灵境在海南灵境原始作品的基础上铸造数字藏品;及海南灵境同意授权杭州蚂蚁(卖方)于鲸探平台销售数字藏品。（智通财经）
