If you do not have a maintenance contract with SAP but need support, visit SAP Community page. Here you can check out several articles posted with related queries. If you cannot find anything regarding your query, you can post a question, and someone will get back to you. SAP Community Page Questions and Answers                     

An SAP customer with a valid maintenance contract can reach out to their Account Manager who can assist you with questions regarding your account. Whether you would like to extend your maintenance contract or upgrade your account you can reach out to your SAP Account Manager also known as your Account Executive. Here is how you can locate your Account Manager.     

If you would like to become a customer of SAP, you can contact our SAP Sales team who are reachable SAP: Software products for best-run businesses  You can speak to a member of the team by chat or telephone. Use the flag icon at the top right of the screen to find your location.

You can also try an SAP Product before deciding if you would like to purchase it. Find out more details about SAP Software Trials available here
