三湘都市报4月13日讯（全媒体记者 杨昱）今日6时，在长沙市天心区新开铺街道天翔新新家园，即使外面刮风下雨，仍阻挡不了小区居民对小区解封后的激动之情。
按照国务院联防联控机制相关规定，经专家组研判，天心区疫情防控指挥部决定，自2022年4月13日6时起，解除天心区新开铺街道天翔新新家园A栋封控区管理；解除天翔新新家园小区管控区管理；解除二环线以南、丽江路以北、湘江路以东、新开铺路以西合围区域防范区管理。
