近日，北京一网友反映在星巴克外卖拿铁中喝出咖啡机零件。涉事星巴克门店经理回应称，该咖啡是一位聋哑员工制作，操作时没有听到零件掉落的声音，由于零件是重物，掉落后沉到了杯底，并且该零件颜色与咖啡近似员工没有注意到。针对此事已对消费者整单退款，并给五张饮品券作为补偿。此事为北京首例，星巴克方面对此事也很重视，会统计全北京这个零件有没有松动。
