北京时间4月11日，中国最大在线问答社区知乎正式向港交所递交了招股书，申请在港交所主板上市。招股书显示，知乎计划在港交所发售2600万股公司A类普通股，并且该部分股份全部来自早期投资者。这意味着，知乎将通过不增发新股的方式，完成在港股的双重主要上市，有望成为首家以双重主要上市方式回港的中概互联网公司。
