理想汽车回应裁员传闻：不实消息
针对裁员传闻，理想汽车方面表示，此为不实消息。
日前，有网友在社交媒体爆料称，“理想汽车的裁员计划已经写入理想汽车 CEO 李想第二季度 OKR 中，牵扯到产品和企业系统等部门，预计将裁撤 15% 左右的员工。目前，理想正在盘点人力成本和工时阶段，下月开始，每个人的工时会按照从高到低排序，采取末位淘汰制。”
两周前理想汽车宣布，受上游原材料持续大幅上涨影响，自 2022 年 4 月 1 日起，将对理想 ONE 的售价进行调整，全国统一零售价格由目前的 338000 元上调至 349800 元。
